Solid wood decorative lines are also widely used now. Compared with traditional graphite lines, it has many advantages such as light weight, firm adhesion, convenient installation, and also has the characteristics of heat preservation and heat resistance. What are the technical requirements for installing EPS lines?

1. Base course treatment: the wall surface shall be cleaned and free of oil stain and floating dust, and the protrusions larger than 4mm on the wall surface shall be removed. The interface mortar shall be uniformly coated on the base wall to be treated by spraying, brushing or roller coating.

2. Snap datum line: according to the construction drawing, snap the positioning line (center line or side line) at the position where the line foot is to be installed.

3. Mortar preparation: the mortar shall be uniformly mixed with an electric mixer according to the specified proportion, and the amount of mortar prepared at one time shall be used up within one hour. The prepared mortar shall be protected from sun and wind, and shall not be used after the operation time.

4. Line installation:

1) Cut EPS components according to the installation dimension of the drawing. EPS components are of standard size, and the width of splicing joint shall be considered during cutting.

2) When special bonding mortar is used to paste the lines, the thin layer full bonding method shall be adopted, and the lines shall be squeezed to ensure that the lines are fully bonded without hollowing. Attention shall be paid to removing the bonding mortar overflowing around the lines and keeping the surface of the lines clean. There shall be no mortar bumping between the bonding joints, and the mortar joints shall be hooked with the bonding, and the mortar joints shall be full.

3) For large wire feet, support shall be provided for temporary fixation during installation, and non-woven fabric shall be used at the interface to prevent cracking.

4) If splicing is required during installation, the assembly size and angle shall be measured in advance and pre assembled at a flat place. The gap size shall meet the appearance requirements and meet the specification standards.

5. Detailed structural details and anti cracking measures of window sill and drip trough shall be specified in the technical bid.

6. Local trimming:

1) After the splicing is completed, the mortar joint shall be leveled with a mortar knife. If there is excess bonding mortar after drying, it can be polished with sandpaper or special grinding tools.

2) Splicing joint treatment: when the width of the splicing joint is not more than 2mm, the sandpaper polishing of the splicing joint shall be carried out on the next day after installation, and the 100mm wide glass fiber mesh cloth shall be pasted with anti crack agent or plastering mortar, and the thickness shall be less than 2mm; When the width of the splicing joint is greater than 2mm, the joint shall be filled with thin polystyrene sheet, and then the anti crack agent or plastering mortar shall be pasted with 100mm wide glass fiber mesh cloth for reinforcement. After drying, if there is excess mortar left at the seam of the line foot, the treatment method is the same as above.

7. Quality requirements:

1) Solid wood decorative lines shall meet the fire acceptance standards.

2) Product technical index: water absorption: soaking for 24h ≤ 500g / ㎡. Wind pressure resistance value: not less than the wind load design value of the project. Freeze thaw cycle resistance (10 times): the surface is free of cracks, hollowing, blistering and peeling. Water vapor wet flow density: ≥ 0.85 g / (㎡? H). Impermeability: there is no water penetration inside the sample protective layer. Weather resistance: the surface is free of crack, pulverization and peeling.
